This is a contract-based opportunity offered through PENNEP, supporting a prominent client in the Edtech sector. Candidate will play a strategic role in shaping the future of digital education. Candidate will collaborate with course creators to design engaging, learner-centric content, lead market research to inform course strategy, and ensure every course reflects our commitment to quality, innovation, and accessibility.
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic advisor to course creators throughout the development process.
Facilitate collaborative sessions to improve instructional quality and learner engagement.
Ensure course content aligns with EMPENHANCE's learning standards and outcomes.
Review course materials for clarity, structure, and instructional effectiveness.
Provide actionable feedback on objectives, assessments, and multimedia integration.
Ensure content supports various learning styles and meets accessibility requirements.
Conduct market research to identify trending topics, skill gaps, and learner needs.
Create learner personas and journey maps to guide content development.
Translate research insights into strategic recommendations for course design and delivery.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to align course goals with platform features.
Support the integration of LEO AI tools (Chat, Talk, Video, Course Creation) into courses.
Contribute to go-to-market planning for new courses and learning bundles.
Analyze learner feedback and performance data to drive content improvements.
Lead experimentation with innovative formats like microlearning and AI-driven tutoring.
Stay updated on EdTech trends and apply new methods to enhance learning experiences.
Qualification and Experience Required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in education, counseling, instructional design, or Edtech.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital pedagogy.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, course authoring tools, and AI-enhanced learning systems.
