Hospital Management / Graduation with valid documentation.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years (At least 1 years of experience in a 100 Bedded Hospital)

Core Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective patients by explaining orthopaedic services, procedures, and treatment plans in a clear, empathetic, and persuasive manner.
Maintain and update a structured CRM lead database, ensuring timely follow-ups and status tracking for each inquiry.
Convert active leads into consultations or admissions by effectively addressing patient concerns and coordinating with clinical teams.
Conduct regular follow-ups with patients post-consultation or discharge to support recovery, offer assistance, and encourage retention.
Collect, document, and analyze patient feedback to evaluate service quality and enhance patient experience.
Encourage and manage online reviews on platforms like Google, youtube and video feedback to strengthen digital reputation and visibility.
Address and escalate patient grievances promptly, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Support the planning and execution of patient awareness campaigns, both digital and on-ground, to promote orthopaedic services.
Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to align communication, patient messaging, and promotional activities.
Utilize CRM tools and hospital systems for documentation, appointment tracking, and communication management.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and patient confidentiality, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach at all stages.
