Role Overview

As a Senior Counsellor for UK, you will be responsible for guiding students from their first enquiry through the complete admissions and visa process. While full training will be provided by our department head, we expect you to bring strong knowledge of UK study procedures and excellent student relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students on education opportunities in the

UK

. Manage the full student lifecycle: Enquiry handling and eligibility checks Admissions process: applications, offer letters, and tuition fee payments UK-specific compliance (CAS, credibility interviews, financial documentation) Visa filing and pre-departure support Maintain accurate student records and ensure timely updates. Work closely with the admissions and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of counselling experience in study abroad (UK preferred). Strong knowledge of the UK admission process (CAS, SOPs, visa rules). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Graduate degree or higher (preferred: counselling, management, or related field).
