We are looking for a
professional and experienced Counsellor (B2C)
who can effectively guide parents and students, ensuring a seamless and impactful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads using sales sheets and maintain accurate tracking of prospects.
Conduct timely follow-ups to nurture leads and drive enrollment conversions.
Plan and organize engaging on-site and virtual info sessions, demo classes, and orientation meets.
Lead impactful career-oriented discussions with parents and students to build trust and ensure successful enrollments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher required; a degree in Education, Psychology, or Management is highly preferred.
A Master's degree will be considered a distinct advantage.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for managing leads and reports.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with parents and students.
