Provide accurate guidance on programs, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and campus facilities.
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions via phone, in person, or virtual meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Track leads and follow up systematically to maximize conversions.
2. Admission Process Management
Assist applicants with application forms, documentation, entrance tests, and interview preparation.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Coordinate with admissions, faculty, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
3. Team Leadership & Support
Mentor junior admission counsellors and support them with tough cases.
Provide training in sales techniques, counselling methods, and product knowledge.
Help in organizing team workflows and improving conversion strategies.
4. Outreach & Engagement
Conduct webinars, school/college visits, and counselling events.
Represent the institution at education fairs or recruitment drives.
Develop relationships with parents, educators, and external partners.
5. Reporting & Analysis
Monitor and report lead pipelines, conversion metrics, and student feedback.
Identify trends and propose improvements in admission operations.
Help optimize marketing and recruitment strategies based on student insights.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
3-6+ years of experience in admissions, counselling, student recruitment, or sales
Experience working in an education institution, ed-tech, or overseas consultancy is an advantage
