Role Overview

As a Senior Counsellor for Europe (focus: Germany), you will support students aspiring to study in leading European universities. You will oversee their journey from counselling to final visa approvals. Training and ongoing support will be provided by senior management, but prior exposure to European admissions is required.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert counselling to students interested in

Germany and Europe

. Manage student applications from enquiry to enrolment, including: University shortlisting and application submissions Offer letters and tuition fee payments Guidance on APS certificate (for Germany), blocked accounts, and health insurance Visa filing, interview preparation, and pre-departure guidance Stay updated with European education policies and admission timelines. Support the student until post-arrival, ensuring high satisfaction.

Requirements

2-3 years' counselling experience in

Europe admissions (Germany preferred)

. Familiarity with European academic requirements, APS, and visa processes. Strong communication, organizational, and student-handling skills. Graduate degree or higher (preferred: counselling, management, or related field).
