About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Senior Counsellor
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly
admission sales targets
while managing a team of counsellors to drive new student enrolments.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed individual and team admission targets.
Lead and motivate the counsellor team to generate leads and conversions.
Counsel prospective students and parents on available courses and benefits.
Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and revenue reports.
Collaborate with marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
Requirements
Minimum
5 years of overall sales experience
, with
at least 2 years in education sales
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in
regional language is mandatory
;
English communication preferred
.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
