ssisting in establishing client's requirements and undertaking feasibility studies

dentifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks

orking in coordination with sub-contractors to complete the material procurement & delivery

valuating the quantities of completed work and arranging payments
P
articipating in cost analysis, budget preparation and material estimation
P
reparing take-off quantities for structural and architectural items throughout the project cycle
