ISS STOXX is seeking a talented Senior Corporate Technical Recruiter for our Mumbai office.
Overview:
The focus of the role is on full life-cycle recruiting for assigned/multiple business units within Mumbai or across Asia Pacific.

You will have the opportunity to draw on your knowledge of Talent Acquisition and functional areas of the business; and forge dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers and HR business partners. You will perform candidate generation, candidate and hiring manager engagement, and amazing customer service.

Responsibilities:Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches; manage customer/partner expectations. Recruit passive and active candidates. Screen candidates, clearly articulate position requirements for a variety of skill and experience levels. Provide timely, detailed interview notes in our ATS (Workday). Ensure a positive candidate experience from beginning to end including managing scheduling and logistics for all interviews between your candidates and hiring managers while owning full life cycle responsibilities. Building deep partnerships with technical managers and hiring managers to understand their teams hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements/gaps, business, and team dynamics and form recruiting plans. Developing sourcing strategies and research methods that are successful in attracting viable candidates through methods such as web sourcing, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, social networking, etc. Research, recommend, and participate in industry relevant events, including campus recruiting and conferences/meet ups Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company. Implement any new processes and standardize processes for recruiting that fits within our mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer. Work with the business, HR, and Compensation to determine appropriate salary ranges and negotiate compensation with candidates.

Qualifications:Minimum of 8-10 Years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in Finance Services / Fintech, Banking and IT is preferred Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or other related discipline. Experience in hiring across a broad range of technologies such as Python, Java, Cloud platforms, Data Engineering , DevOps and Front-end Frameworks like React ,Angular. Proven deep client management expertise including partnering effectively with all types of teams and levels of professionals. Successful background in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas, hard to fill roles, and diversity. Strong consultative skills, particularly in the areas of salary equity, internal movement and workforce planning. Exceptional interviewing, communication, negotiation/closing, organization and problem-solving skills. With good presentation skills and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience in Workday as ATS would be nice to have. Attention to detail and meticulous organization skills are a must. Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries is nice to have. High energy, passion, and drive, with a strong positive outlook.
