- Design, develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and efficient Java applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse and understand business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing and continuous integration.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Lead architecture and design discussions, driving best practices within the development team.
