Role Overview:

We're looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting compelling, clear, and conversion-oriented content across various formats including ad copies, social media posts, website content, landing pages, email marketing, and blog posts. You'll report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with our content and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Write engaging and persuasive copy for:

Paid ad campaigns (Google-Ads, Meta/Instagram etc) Social media posts and captions Website pages and landing pages Email marketing campaigns Blog articles that align with the client strategy Adapt tone and style to suit different brands and platforms Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists and marketers to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals and brand voice Edit and proofread copy to ensure clarity, grammar, style consistency, and accuracy Stay updated with digital marketing trends and conversion-focused writing practices (Bonus) Use tools to improve efficiency and quality (e.g., Grammarly, SEO/keyword tools)

Required Skills & Experience:

2 to 5 years of experience in copywriting within a digital marketing or agency environment Strong command of English, excellent writing and editing skills Ability to write across formats (ads, social media, web, email, blogs) with a good mix of creative and conversion-oriented copy Comfortable working in an on-site team environment in Noida Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, landing pages)

Preferred Skills:

Experience using writing tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, SEMrush, SurferSEO) Understanding of how copy supports conversion, engagement and brand voice Portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples (ads, web content, blogs, social posts)

What You'll Report To:

You will report directly to our Marketing Manager, and work as part of the content-and-creative team in the Noida office.
