Job Title: Senior Copywriter (On-Site)

Location: Chennai

Experience: 6+ years (agency experience required)

CTC: up to 9 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Attending briefing meetings to understand the creative aspects of the brief firsthand. Conceptualizing strategies and briefs and creating content in tune with brand tone. Craft 360 campaigns that are not only creative but also translate the client's business and communication goals into unique and winning deliverables. Make day-to-day decisions on various assignments independently and in tune with be positive 24's strategic vision. Ensure creative quality in every creative assignment. Conceptualizing strategies and briefs and creating content in tune with brand tone. Evaluate industry trends and competitor offerings to identify best practices and improve current offerings. Approving creative content in terms of copies, scripts, campaign copies, case study content etc. Incorporate feedback effectively and deliver polished, error-free copy on time. Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. Support the creation of case studies and award submissions for successful campaigns. Minimize rework by deeply understanding the brand's tone, audience, and messaging. Leadership is crucial - work closely with juniors, both in Copy and Art, providing hand-holding, mentoring, and building trust in them. Overall quality check of content written by team. A proactive approach to content, with a keen eye for what's relevant and effective.
Profile Requirements and preferred skills

5+ years relevant work experience in ideating, writing. A Degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field. A portfolio that showcases your range - campaign work, long-form and short-form writing, and brand thinking. Able to use new, improved and apt methods of research. Strong command over English language. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail. Excellent vocabulary. Have in-depth understanding of all media marketing platforms. Strong ideation and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. Excellent command over language and attention to detail. Up to date on creative trends.

Pay: ₹485,808.51 - ₹900,000.00 per year
