Job Title: Senior Copywriter

Experience: 3+ years (agency experience preferred)

CTC: up to 8 LPA

Annual Retention Bonus - 10%. This is part of the above CTC and released on completion of one year. Subject to being on the payroll and not serving a notice period.

About the Role:

We're looking for a creative and strategic thinker with 3+ years of full-time copywriting experience in a digital or integrated marketing agency. You should be comfortable leading content development - from strategy to campaign development to its execution and crafting compelling, on-brand copy across platforms & touchpoints.
What You'll Do:

Build content strategies and campaign ideas aligned with brand objectives. Conceptualize and write impactful scripts & copy for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collateral. Stay tuned into trends, industry conversations, competitor campaigns, and creative innovations to inform your work. Collaborate closely with designers, account managers, and team leads to bring briefs to life. Incorporate feedback effectively and deliver polished, error-free copy on time. Proofread and refine content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency. Minimize rework by deeply understanding the brand's tone, audience, and messaging. Support the creation of case studies and award submissions for successful campaigns.
What We're Looking For:

Strong ideation and communication skills. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a creative team. Excellent command over language and attention to detail. A proactive approach to content, with a keen eye for what's relevant and effective. A portfolio that showcases your range - campaign work, long-form and short-form writing, and brand thinking.
