We are seeking a skilled and creative Senior Copywriter and Content Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality, impactful content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives. You will be responsible for crafting compelling copy for various digital platforms and managing the content team to ensure consistency, engagement, and effectiveness across all channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Copywriting & Content Creation
Develop, edit, and optimize copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, email marketing, and paid ads.
Create persuasive and engaging content that aligns with target audience interests and drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Write high-quality, SEO-friendly content that adheres to best practices in digital marketing and brand guidelines.
Content Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with the Head of Content to develop and implement content strategies that align with company goals.
Conduct regular content audits to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Plan and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of content across all platforms.
Team Management & Mentorship
Supervise, mentor, and provide feedback to junior writers and content creators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Oversee the editorial process, ensuring content quality, voice, and messaging are consistent and meet company standards.
Content Performance & Optimization
Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance metrics, using insights to optimize future content strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, audience insights, and competitive activity to continuously improve content effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, SEO, and digital marketing teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with client teams to understand specific brand needs, tone, and target audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or related roles; previous experience in a senior role is preferred.
Strong portfolio showcasing content across different formats and platforms.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in SEO principles, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience managing a team of writers or content creators.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster cross-departmental collaboration.
