Responsible for handling all technical and contractual correspondence with departments, clients, banks and consultants. Ensures compliance with contract terms, maintains records, and supports project teams in documentation, approvals, and claims.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and manage official letters, emails, and reports related to contracts and project correspondence.
Coordinate with department client for inputs on Project Update and Correspondence
Review contract clauses, tender documents, and variation proposals.
Maintain correspondence logs and prepare status/MIS reports.
Liaise with client and government authorities for timely communication and documentation.
Preparing presentation for Projects updates to clients and banks
Preparing of Bid Documents for Bid Submissions
Skills Required:
Minimum 7 years of experience in construction industry.
Strong drafting and communication skills.
Good knowledge of CPWD/MoRTH/FIDIC norms.
Proficiency in MS Office and document control.
Excellent coordination and follow-up ability.
Qualification:
B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering

MA/MSc minimum required
