You will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for the travel industry. The ideal candidate has a deep love for travel, excellent storytelling abilities, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Write and edit high-quality travel-related content, including blog posts, travel guides, itineraries, and marketing copy. Conduct in-depth research on destinations, travel trends, airline updates, and hospitality services. Create engaging and SEO-friendly content with relevant keywords to drive organic traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies for blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website pages. Optimize content for readability, engagement, and conversion. Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry, airline policies, and tourism updates. Work with designers and video editors to develop multimedia content. Manage and update existing travel content to ensure accuracy and relevancy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field. Proven experience as a Content Writer (experience in the travel industry is a big plus). Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write engaging and informative travel content. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress. Ability to adapt writing style to match the brand's voice and audience. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content marketing strategies. Passion for travel and understanding of various destinations, cultures, and experiences. Willingness to commit to a minimum 1-year role.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with travel agencies, meta-search engines, OTAs, or tourism boards. Knowledge of airline booking systems, loyalty programs, or travel deals. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track content performance. Experience in writing for different travel segments (luxury, budget, solo, family, adventure, etc.).
