Key Responsibilities
Define and own content strategy across web, campaigns, product, and sales
Write and edit high-quality content: website pages, blogs, case studies, emails, decks
Translate complex gov-tech topics into simple, plain language
Lead and review work from the internal team
Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Leadership to create high-quality product content.
Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and positioning
Support SEO and AI-search friendly content
Own content calendars and delivery timelines
Must-Have Skills
5-10+ years in B2B content writing (SaaS preferred)
Strong long-form and short-form writing skills
Proven experience leading content, reviewing and editing content and managing writers.
Ability to simplify complex products and regulations
Excellent editing and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
GovTech, Public Sector, or RegTech experience
SEO and content performance basics
Experience writing for US audiences
