Join our growing marketing team as a Content Writer with 1-3 years of experience in the IT sector. You'll create high-impact B2B content that educates enterprise clients, showcases our technical expertise, and drives lead generation. This role demands the ability to produce sophisticated, thought-leadership content akin to top global IT service providers--think detailed customer success stories, strategic insights on AI/cloud migrations, and executive-level analyses that influence C-suite decision-makers.?

Key Responsibilities



Research and write engaging thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and blog posts on complex IT topics like hybrid cloud strategies, cybersecurity resilience, AI-driven transformations, and mission-critical system modernization.? Develop B2B content including case studies highlighting client transformations, service pages explaining technical solutions, and LinkedIn posts establishing HubOps as an industry authority.? Create full-funnel marketing content: top-of-funnel educational pieces on industry trends, middle-funnel comparison guides/ROI calculators, and bottom-funnel sales enablement materials.? Optimize all content for SEO using keyword research, ensuring it ranks for enterprise IT searches and drives organic traffic.? Collaborate with sales, marketing, and technical teams to translate complex IT concepts into clear, persuasive narratives for global enterprise audiences.? Proofread, edit, and maintain content consistency across website, social media, and email campaigns using CMS like WordPress.? Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on engagement data to maximize impact on lead generation and brand positioning.?

Requirements



1-3 years proven experience as a Content Writer or Copywriter in an IT services, technology, or B2B SaaS company (internships in IT marketing considered).? Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise-level B2B IT content: thought leadership on cloud/AI/cybersecurity, customer transformation stories, and technical service explanations.? Exceptional English writing skills with ability to simplify complex technical topics for C-suite executives while maintaining sophisticated, professional tone.? Familiarity with IT industry terminology (hybrid cloud, business resiliency, multicloud management, IT modernization).? Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush), CMS platforms, and basic analytics (Google Analytics).? Ability to conduct thorough research from multiple sources including industry reports, customer interviews, and technical documentation.? Strong deadline management, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.? Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field preferred.?

Preferred Qualifications



Experience creating content for IT services firms targeting Fortune 500 clients, including video scripts or social media series on technical innovations.? Knowledge of content strategy for full customer journey: awareness, consideration, decision stages in B2B tech sales.? Proficiency in tools like HubSpot, Canva, or Adobe Suite for content production.
