You will not only produce high-quality copy but also help shape our content strategy, edit the work of junior writers, and ensure consistency across all channels. You will translate complex industry concepts into clear, accessible, and engaging narratives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Strategy
Produce high-quality, well-researched content across various formats: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, email newsletters, and social media.
Develop and manage a
content calendar
aligned with marketing goals and product launches.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure all content is optimized for search engines without sacrificing readability.
2. Editing & Quality Control
Act as the "gatekeeper" for the brand voice, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to style guidelines.
Review and edit content produced by junior writers and freelancers, providing constructive feedback to help them improve.

3. Research & Collaboration
Interview subject matter experts (SMEs) within the company to capture technical nuances and turn them into reader-friendly stories.
Collaborate with Design and UX teams to ensure visual and written elements work seamlessly together.
Analyze content performance metrics (views, time on page, CTR) and optimize future content based on data.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or journalism (B2B experience is a plus).
Portfolio:
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles (long-form, punchy ad copy, technical writing).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills:
Impeccable grammar and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of
SEO best practices
and keyword integration.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Experience interviewing SMEs and conducting independent research.
Tools Proficiency
CMS:
WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot.
Project Management:
Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
SEO Tools:
SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Clearscope.
Design (Basic):
Canva or Figma (for collaboration).
AI Tools:
Familiarity with using AI (e.g., ChatGPT/Jasper) for outlining or ideation (while maintaining human quality) is a plus.
