About the Role
We are seeking a
Senior Content Writer
with strong expertise in corporate, marketing, and digital communication. This role involves building compelling narratives, managing multi-channel content strategy, and driving impactful communication for corporate branding, leadership positioning, and digital presence.
You will be the key storyteller, shaping how the organization communicates with stakeholders, partners, and the broader ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Corporate Communication
Write introduction letters, product notes, concept notes, and pitch decks.
Develop company profiles, CEO profiles, and corporate templates.
Prepare quarterly newsletters and annual activity reports.
Create and maintain high-quality corporate documents.
2.
Marketing Communication
Define and execute social media strategy; create content for LinkedIn, Meta, WhatsApp.
Manage content strategy for Twitter and YouTube (including scripts & descriptions).
Develop CEO's personal brand on social media (LinkedIn & Twitter - 4 posts/week).
Write scripts/narrations for videos, campaigns, and transformation stories.
Document impact stories from on-ground data for case studies, reports, and pitches.

Digital Communication
Write and update website content (new site launch in progress).
Develop blogs (2/month post-launch).
Build podcast content strategy and scripts (in-house, Q4).
4.
Public Relations (PR)
Identify journalists/media outlets for monthly B2B/education-focused PR stories.
Draft boilerplates and press releases (e.g., school inaugurations, handovers).
Support corporate PR initiatives to enhance visibility.
5.
Events & Stakeholder Engagement
Research & recommend ~25 relevant events/year (CSR, CXO, industry, chambers, embassies, HNIs).
Coordinate with event organizers and prepare content for participation.
Draft speaking points for CEO panels and individual sessions.

Corporate/PR Communication

Basic design or content adaptation skills for multi-platform formats.

Strong stakeholder management & coordination (internal + external).
Adaptability in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Mandatory).
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in content writing, marketing communications, corporate communications, or PR.
Prior experience in
social impact, education, or non-profit sectors
is a plus.
Compensation
Salary:
Up to ₹70,000 per month
(based on experience & skills).
