Here is what you will be writing:

A. Long-Form Writing

Garment Descriptions:

Pen vivid and evocative garment descriptions that highlight the unique craftsmanship, heritage, and story behind each piece.

Blogs & Articles:

Co-ordinate with SEO team for topics on blogs / articles to write informatively engaging content related to ethnic garment ecosystem.

B. Short-Form Writing

Social Media Copies & Captions:

Lead the copies for engaging the audience for social media & guide the production team for the same.

Digital Ad Copies:

Assist the performance marketing team for crisp ad copies for ads on digital

Reel Scripts:

Write objectively driven reel scripts & guide the production team for the same.

C. Lead Content Strategy Execution

From the point of ideation to plan for content to developing new ideas for execution Conduct insightful research on ethnic culture to drive content Should be meticulous about spellings & grammar Collaborate with the internal teams to ensure all the information is collected & corrected.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

Minimum of

4-5 years of professional content writing experience

, with a proven track record in the fashion, lifestyle, or cultural industries.

Ethnic Fashion Acumen:

A demonstrable understanding of ethnic clothing, traditional craftsmanship, cultural nuances, and current trends in the ethnic wear market.

Storytelling:

Exceptional ability to craft engaging narratives, from detailed long-form pieces to impactful short-form copy and compelling video scripts.

Versatility:

Proven experience writing for various platforms and formats, adapting tone and style as needed.

SEO Writing:

Experience with SEO-driven blogs and optimizing web content.

Language Proficiency:

Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, and style.

Collaboration:

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with design, marketing, and production teams.

Organizational Skills:

Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
