Role Description

The role focuses on developing and delivering high-quality written content that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Based in Bengaluru, this full-time, on-site position involves responsibilities such as creating and editing web content, formulating content strategies, conducting thorough research, and ensuring all written materials are accurate, engaging, and consistent across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Develop original, clear, and engaging content for:

Website pages

(SEO-optimized homepage, service pages, about us, etc.)

Social media platforms

(captions, carousels, short-form content, reels scripts)

Blog articles and long-form content

Marketing campaigns, newsletters, and landing pages

Conduct in-depth research to ensure content accuracy and value to target audiences. Apply SEO best practices including keyword integration, meta content creation, and content structuring. Collaborate closely with designers, SEO specialists, and marketing strategists to ensure content aligns with brand objectives. Proofread and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, and consistency. Assist in planning and maintaining monthly content calendars across digital platforms. Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies for improved engagement and ranking.

Qualifications

Proficient in Web Content Writing and Writing Experience in developing Content Strategy and conducting research Strong Proofreading skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
