Own end-to-end content strategy and execution for multi-brand clients, with a primary focus on video/reel formats. Lead a small content pod, collaborate cross-functionally, and translate client business goals into 360 content plans that drive measurable outcomes.

Success Indicators (KPIs)

Delivery: Calendar adherence, on-time publish rate, revision cycle efficiency. Quality: Hook strength (0-3s retention), average view duration, % videos with subtitles/brand-safe QC pass. Growth: Follower/subscriber growth, CTR on thumbnails, saves/shares per reel, watch time per video. Impact: Content-assisted leads/conversions for performance campaigns, completion rates for long-form, podcast listens and clip-down performance. Team: Pod throughput, editor/writer utilization, adherence to SOPs, internal stakeholder satisfaction.
