Key Responsibilities:
Plan, develop, and execute a
content strategy
that supports the company's marketing and brand goals.
Lead and manage a team of
video editors and designers
to ensure timely and quality content delivery.
Oversee
video content planning, scripting, editing, and publishing
across social and digital platforms.
Write and edit
copy for campaigns, social media posts, websites, and other marketing materials.
Handle branding-related tasks and ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms by coordinating with the creative team.
Drive brand consistency and strengthen the company's overall brand identity
through all content and communication touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, and sales) to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Monitor content performance and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
Ensure all content aligns with the company's tone, style, and communication standards.
Motivate and mentor team members to enhance productivity and creativity.
Stay updated with

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
in Marketing, Mass Communication, English, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience
in content creation, strategy, or marketing.
Proven experience in
leading a creative or video editing team.
Strong
copywriting and editing
skills.
Good understanding of
video editing workflows
and digital content trends.
Excellent

Ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with tools like
Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
