Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage content
for the company website, blog, property listings, landing pages, newsletters, and social media channels.
Write
engaging and informative articles
, market reports, area guides, home buying/selling tips, and real estate investment content.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create
content for digital campaigns
, email marketing, lead magnets, and promotional materials.
Optimize content for
SEO and local search visibility
, using tools like Google Keyword Planner or SEMrush.
Create
property descriptions
that are appealing, accurate, and aligned with the company's tone and branding.
Support development of
scripts for virtual tours, video walkthroughs
, and social media reels/stories.
Monitor real estate trends, news, and competitive content to identify content opportunities.
Maintain and update a
content calendar
for timely and consistent content delivery.
Track and analyze content performance using
Google Analytics or similar tools
and provide recommendations for improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field

2+ years of experience in content development, preferably in the
real estate
or property sector.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong understanding of
SEO and digital marketing
practices.
Familiarity with
real estate platforms
(e.g., Zillow, Realtor.com, MLS) and terminology.
Experience using
Content Management Systems
