Better Marketing helps US-based service businesses grow by generating leads and building authority online. Our primary content channels are email newsletters, short-form videos, and SEO-friendly blogs.

We're looking for a Content Creator who can independently research, build target lists, and write highly engaging newsletters that drive opens, clicks, and conversation. This role requires strong writing skills, audience understanding, and the ability to produce content that performs.

Responsibilities:

Research and build your own newsletter audience lists (no outreach team support). Write high-engagement newsletters with strong hooks, storytelling, and personality. Create content that is enjoyable to read and technically accurate. Conduct topic research, keyword/entity research, and structure content for discoverability. Analyze newsletter performance (open rates, CTR, replies) and iterate on what works. Write blogs, landing pages, and long-form pieces that match the same high standard. Work closely with marketing/design when needed--but operate independently.

About you:

3+ years of experience with proven ability to write engaging newsletters that get high open and click-through rates. Ability to build your own audience lists (research, segmentation, relevance). Strong writing fundamentals across both technical and non-technical topics. Experience with SEO, AEO, and structuring content for AI discovery. Able to write content that is fun, clear, trustworthy, and highly readable. Excellent research and fact-checking habits. Can deliver drafts that require minimal editing.
