Role Overview




We are seeking an exceptional

Senior Consumer Excellence Consultant

to serve as a strategic technical leader who will architect, implement, and optimize AI-driven consumer experience solutions. This role demands a unique combination of deep technical expertise in AI/ML and software engineering, coupled with strategic business acumen to drive transformational initiatives. The successful candidate will influence organizational technology strategy, lead complex technical implementations, and establish the technical foundation for next-generation consumer experiences.

Strategic Responsibilities



Technical Leadership & Architecture



Define Technical Vision:

Establish and communicate the long-term technical strategy for AI-enabled consumer experience platforms.

Solution Architecture:

Design scalable, cloud-native architectures for consumer-facing AI applications, ensuring high availability, security, and performance

Technology Evaluation:

Lead comprehensive assessment of emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and platforms to maintain competitive advantage

Technical Governance:

Establish technical standards, best practices, and architectural principles for AI implementations across the organization

Advanced AI & Machine Learning Implementation



Custom AI Development:

Architect and develop sophisticated AI solutions including: + Advanced NLP models for conversational AI and sentiment analysis
+ Computer vision systems for visual product recommendations
+ Predictive analytics models for customer behaviour forecasting
+ Real-time personalization engines using deep learning

Model Performance Optimization:

Implement A/B testing frameworks for AI models, ensuring continuous improvement and bias detection

AI Ethics & Governance:

Establish frameworks for responsible AI implementation, including fairness, transparency, and explainability standards

Software Engineering Excellence



Full-Stack Development:

Lead development of consumer-facing applications using modern frameworks (React/Angular, Node.js, Python/Django, microservices architecture)

API Design & Integration:

Design and implement RESTful APIs and GraphQL services for seamless system integration

Cloud Infrastructure:

Architect and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP, including serverless computing and container orchestration

DevOps Implementation:

Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and infrastructure-as-code practices

Digital Transformation Leadership:

Drive organizational transformation initiatives, influencing business strategy through technical innovation

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with executive leadership, product management, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives

ROI Optimization:

Develop and track advanced metrics demonstrating business impact of AI investments, including customer lifetime value improvement and operational efficiency gains

Innovation Catalyst:

Identify and prototype emerging technologies that could revolutionize consumer experience delivery

Required Technical Expertise



Educational Foundation:

Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or related technical field;

Technical Experience:

12+ years of progressive technical experience with at least 7+ years in senior technical roles

AI/ML Mastery:

Deep expertise in: + Machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
+ Deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers, GANs)
+ Natural Language Processing (BERT, GPT, spaCy, NLTK)
+ Computer vision and image processing
+ Reinforcement learning and recommendation systems

Software Engineering Proficiency:

Expert-level skills in: + Multiple programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript, Go, Scala)
+ Modern software architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven, hexagonal)
+ Database technologies (SQL, NoSQL, graph databases, vector databases)
+ Cloud platforms and services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
+ Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
