Role Description
8 years experience architecting and implementing SCCM Infrastructure understanding, Like CAS, primary, Secondary, MP, DP, SUP, Boundary.
Your ability to clearly communicate solutions to our clients through making and managing expectations will be key to your success. Excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills, as this is a customer facing role

Primary Responsibilities SCCM Infrastructure understanding, Like CAS, primary, Secondary, MP, DP, SUP, Boundary
Patch management, WSUS, Software Updates
Custom and dynamic Collection creation
SCCM Reporting, and Custom SQL reporting
SCCM Client installation and remediation
Application deployment and troubleshooting
Good to have knowledge and Experience on SCCM Infrastructure Design experience
End user machines compliance check and update
Ensuring client devices are up to date with latest version of security patches and policies
Troubleshooting from EUC perspective
Coordination with respective stakeholders
End user machines compliance check and update
Upgrade ,Update SCCM environment, as necessary
Should have working experience in Exchange, O365, Azure, VMware, Nutanix
Should have experience on Active Directory
Good to have knowledge on Windows PowerShell, Scripting
Performs Windows Server administration to include install, upgrades, configuration, tuning and monitoring
Experience in troubleshooting Windows server and VMWare issues
Education: Any Graduate
Industry: IT-Hardware/Networking, Telecom
