About the team
We are the Digital Transformation team, part of FIS Capital Markets - Technology and Services group. We are responsible for working with our various global Lines of Businesses to identify and implement new ways of working leveraging acceleration, automation, and agile practices. Our global Acceleration Incubation team of 10 people brings together Delivery Managers, Facilitator and Specialists. We run an iterative incubation process which identifies the products with the best acceleration potential and helps the businesses and product teams build accelerated delivery services and packages.
What you will be doing
As a Transformation Consultant, member of the Digital Transformation team, you are responsible for:

• Engaging with Stakeholders of identified products to analyze existing delivery processes.
• Translating, Designing, Developing and Implementing business requirements into effective automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate implementation.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of automation toolkit by providing feedback, cross training and guiding team members

What you will need

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Familiarity with language-specific libraries and frameworks.
• Exposure to RPA tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Fortra Automate Plus, Blue Prism, etc.
• Ability to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions.
• Analytical skills to understand and document business processes for automation.
• Understanding of web technologies and protocols and automation of web-based processes,
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code management.
• Skills in data manipulation, transformation, and cleansing.
• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues in automated processes.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with business stakeholders and team members.
• Excellent client service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction for internal and external clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization, e.g., Process SMEs, Project Manager, Technical Leads etc.
• Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources.
• Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team and time management skills
• Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideas.
• Strong technical understanding with a background in computer science, engineering, or a related field, certifications is a plus.
• Work independently and in team setup with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in successfully managing & delivering RPA and Gen AI projects within financial industry/Capital Markets is highly desirable.
• Leverage and apply Agile principles in a general delivery context (not software development focused)
