Indicative

Experience: Minimum 10 years in large project implementations in IT transformation/e-Governance projects (Insurance domain preferred).

Lead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise applications for the Insurance vertical. Manage large IT transformation and e-Governance project implementations, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oversee application architecture, integrations, security, and performance optimization. Manage vendor coordination, project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and status reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and audit standards relevant to insurance sector applications. Lead, mentor, and guide technical teams to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. * Conduct reviews, testing oversight (SIT/UAT), and ensure smooth rollout and post-implementation support.
