EY is looking for Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow Business AnalystMinimum Role expectations:Serve as a ServiceNow BA on a cross functional development team which develops workflow solutions across different modules on ServiceNow. Ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of the applications listed: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and other custom application development.
Has experience 4+ in Business analyst role with ServiceNow experience.
Effective communication with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executives
Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems
Should have good experience in developing integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
Collaborate with members of project teams to ensure successful, technically sound projects which are completed on time and on budget
Support the development and analysis of customer requirements and assist with the development of user stories
Excellent communications skills
Excellent teamwork skills
Experience with use of Agile methodologies for software development
PMP certified is good to haveTo qualify for the role you must haveBtech or Any degree

• 3 to 6 Years
• ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist ( CIS for any of the modules)
• Certified Application Developer

Ideally you'll also haveStrong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
