The opportunity

EY is looking for Senior Consultant/ Consultant - BA with Temenos/ T24 with Core Banking Experience

Experience - 4-12 years

Job Location - Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Kolkata

Notice Period - Immediate to 45 Days Preferred

Your key responsibilities

• A proven track record of delivering business value from Technology
• Have experience in managing process change within organisations as a result of an IT implementation
• Have experience in Temenos T24 implementation in the modules such as AA, ALM, Treasury, with minimum of 1 end to end implementation
• A track record of delivery within a number of large scale IT transformation programmes in banking, taking ownership of delivery across internal teams and external client teams
• Have experience in seeking the alignment of business and IT, operating across organisational and technology silos to drive common approaches, delivering sustainable, agile and re-usable solutions
• Lead and coordinate the planning and management of assignments, with guidance from Senior Management
• Demonstrate industry / solution expertise
• Accreditation and practitioner experience in one or more Project Management approaches including PRINCE II, PMI, Agile is an advantage
• Actively support business development efforts including taking proposal preparation
• A strong background in Banking is mandatory

Skills and attributes for success

- Industry background (Business excellence / functional role) with expertise in banking domain along with experience in IT solution implementations

- Previous consulting experience will be an advantage

- Willingness to travel for extended period Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.

• Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative
• Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
• Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility

Client responsibilities

Lead engagements in the areas of core solutions, digital and strategy for Financial Institutions and manage client relations Create and manage good independent relationships with clients Understand all of our service offerings and actively identify opportunities to better serve clients
