EY is Hiring | Digital Transformation Consultant - FS-IT Transformation (Mumbai)
Experience: 3-6 years
Summary of the Role:
Ernst & Young FS Technology Consulting team assists our clients across BFSI space in the areas of Digital and IT Consulting, Digital/Tech transformation, Architecture modernization, Target Operating Models, Agile and DevOps programmes, E2E Implementations, FinTech collaborations, programme management etc. with the geographic concentration in India, Middle East and Africa.
As a Consultant / Senior Consultant in the practice, you are expected to work independently as well as within a team set-up, and you will be responsible for delivering quality work with minimal guidance. You are expected to have good knowledge of banking processes as well as latest technology stack in the BFSI Industry and must have worked on multiple projects in the past especially in BFSI space.
Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA/MBA
What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Banking/NBFC/FinTech or Digital Transformation roles
• Strong understanding of banking processes (lending, liabilities, payments)
• Hands-on experience in Digital/IT transformation projects - digital channels, origination, onboarding, CRM, etc.
• Exposure to FinTech ecosystem & India Stack (KYC, NACH, BREs)
• Good grasp of APIs, middleware, CRM tools (SFDC/MS Dynamics), and Agile delivery
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management & presentation skills
