Position Title - Java Developer
Experience Required: 3+ years
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in development and implementation. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise portal solutions, collaborating with business and technical stakeholders, and working in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate is self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality solutions in an Agile setup.
Required Skills & Qualifications * Hands-on technogist with strong exposure in JAVA, J2EE, Spring Boot

• Well versed with OOP's concept and design patterns
• Good understanding of data structure and algorithms
• Strong experience with Database systems like RDBMS (PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.) and NoSQL (Dynamo, MongoDB etc.)
• Experience in building Microservices.
• Knowledge of docker and containerization.
• Should have good experience in using messaging platforms like Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.
• Knowledge in CI/CD Pipeline and Dev Ops tools
• Knowledge in Cloud Services such as AWS or Azure
• Should be familiar with Test Driven Development
• Should be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Good communications skills
• Good to have prior experience in Indian Banking segment and/or Fintech.
