Role : Windows & VMWare

Experience : 3 - 5 yrs

1. Windows Active Directory -

AD Role in depth and transfer and seized process.

Able to mange Multi Domain structure

Troubleshoot Ad replication related issues.

DNS - Create RR, Troubleshoot DNS queries.

Troubleshoot DHCP related issue.

Troubleshoot Group Policy related issues.

Able to Troubleshoot network printers, print servers related issues.

Able to troubleshoot file serves shares related issues.

PowerShell knowledge

Patching through SCCM , WSUS

2. VMware

ESXI troubleshooting.

VM Troubleshooting

PowerCli knowledge

Able to troubleshoot snapshot related issue.

Able to troubleshoot Vmotion related issue.

Able to troubleshoot Svmotion related issue.

In depth understanding about VMkenal , VLAN concepts and troubleshooting.

Vswitch creation and troubleshoot ( Standard and Distributed)

In depth knowledge about SAN , NAS , ISCSI storage

Basic understanding about Vcenter server

Patching through Update Manager / Life Cycle Manager

Create HA , DRS and FT

3. Hyper- v

1) Cluster disk creation.

2) Failover Cluster related troubleshooting

4. Physical Server -

All Physical Servers knowledge including remote session troubleshooting through IDRAC, ILO.

5. Additional Skills -

• Good understanding and troubleshooting skills at L2 Level on Windows Server (2012/2016/2019)

• Deploying and administering Active Directory Services (Windows 2016/2019) and troubleshooting.

• Understanding, administering & troubleshooting knowledge on various Microsoft technologies like DNS, DHCP, IIS, FTP, ADFS & etc.

• Understanding & in-depth troubleshooting knowledge on Windows Cluster & NLB.

• Deploying, Administering & in-depth troubleshooting knowledge on virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V and their management software VC, SCVMM & PRISM respectively

• Installing, managing, and upgrading Windows-based systems and servers.

• IIS administration - Create Applications, Web sites, Renew SSL Certificates etc.

• Big Fix administration, MS Patching process.

• ITIL Practices.

• Sound Knowledge of AWS & Azure services, administration.

• Analyzing and troubleshooting issues reported by end users.

• Coordination with the clients & different stakeholders for the application related issues.

• Manages activities related to keeping the infrastructure performing optimally including backing up the systems, performance tuning, installing operating system upgrades and patches, implementing security and virus protection, and providing 16*5 monitoring and support.

• Oversees the day-to-day support of all production platforms to ensure the high availability, integrity, and confidentiality of the network, servers, storage, services, and information. Installs, configures, and supports new and existing servers and network infrastructure.
