Job Description
Excellent troubleshooting and Good communication skills
Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server
L2 and L3 support experience, Familiarity with Service Now
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Familiarity with browser testing and debugging.
Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
Able to work well in a team setting
Use and adapt existing web applications for apps
