The team






The Deloitte South Asia strategic growth team serves as a central pillar driving growth and transformation within DSA, spanning several business lines and various technology functions. We are established as a centralized team collaborating across consulting, implementation, and operation to maintain and enhance client value offerings and services. We innovate conventional approaches, leveraging Deloitte technology, differentiated domain expertise, intellectual property, talent, and capacity to embed continuous advantage and deliver enhanced business value.



In this team, our focus is on catering to the unique needs and preferences of clients in the South Asia region. Your role within this dynamic team is essential for establishing networks and relationships across the client stakeholder ecosystem and ensuring service fulfillment. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Deloitte leadership and stakeholders dedicated to the client. Your contributions will involve nurturing new and existing relationships, supporting presales life cycles, and playing a pivotal role in driving the success of DSA business growth for the specific client.

Your role:





We are seeking a Storage Admin (L3) to own the architecture, management, and optimization of enterprise storage platforms, with deep expertise in DDN, Dell EMC Isilon, SAN, and NAS. This role is responsible for delivering high availability, cost efficiency, performance optimization, and business continuity in a multi-site, mission-critical environment. The candidate will also engage directly with clients, lead migrations, and drive strategic cost and capacity initiatives.





Key Responsibilities


Design, implement, and optimize storage architectures to support high-performance computing, analytics, and enterprise workloads. Develop capacity planning, tiering, and lifecycle strategies to meet current and future needs. Conduct storage technology assessments and recommend cost-effective, scalable solutions. Provide Level 3 escalation support for DDN, Isilon, SAN, and NAS platforms. Lead resolution of complex incidents, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid service restoration. Perform proactive health checks, firmware upgrades, and patch management to prevent disruptions. Lead end-to-end data migration projects across heterogeneous storage platforms with zero data loss. Plan and execute storage consolidations to improve manageability and reduce operational costs. Ensure seamless transition during technology refresh cycles with minimal business impact. Continuously tune storage systems for maximum IOPS, throughput, and efficiency. Implement deduplication, compression, and tiered storage strategies to reduce costs. Negotiate with vendors to secure favourable pricing, licensing, and support contracts. Act as the primary storage technology advisor for internal and external clients. Conduct technical workshops, presentations, and solution demos for stakeholders. Partner with application, network, and security teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory compliance requirements. Maintain audit-ready documentation for architecture diagrams, SOPs, and change records.
