We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Data Ingestion Developer.
In this role, you will:
The role of the PMO is to support the PMO Leads across the various technologies and the main responsibilities will be:

• Resource Management
• Manage the request process for replacement and incremental hiring for all resource types
• Understand the end to end process for all resource types
• Be the point of escalation for issues and be able to direct the Hiring manager to the correct team/solution
• Ensure hiring plans are in line with agreed Operating model, within budget and monitored metrics
• Maintain and communicate metrics to hiring managers and management team
• Responsible for ensuring data in core systems are consistently updated and reconciled regularly
• Alongside the technical product managers and PMO leads agree location strategy for hiring and collective approach to Vendor engagement
• Recommend and advise on best recruitment strategy to resource projects for replacements and incremental hires
• Works with the team to create a portfolio of role profiles that support the operating model

Governance & Best Practice

• Deploy best practices in given technology for delivery status reporting, RAG status, milestone tracking and RAID log
• Facilitate and maintaining the risk and issue log for monitoring and escalation
• Planning and overseeing project and programme delivery status level reporting
• Provides expertise and best practice on tools such as Jira and clairty
• Oversee the management of project documentation, process documents and information sources
• Ensure teams Clarity timesheets are timely submitted to the right projects and reduce incorrect billing

Client Billing

• Monitor, report and manage budgets and expenditure
• Reconcile time booked to forecasting, ensure all variances are understood and corrections are processed in a timely manner
• Facilitate the reforecast every month and ensure timely input into core systems
• Responsible for the billing commentary
• Represent given technology in the various line of business governance PPM forums
