As part of the Engineering team at MoEngage, here are some things you can expect:

Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding - Help customers end to end with Sender Provisioning, Template registration (when applicable) etc. Own the process and improve over time

Message Delivery Consulting - Understand our customer's business needs and recommend best practices for message delivery, content strategy and reputation data around SMS/MMS. Work closely with customers to achieve their delivery & content goals. Proactively track message delivery analytics to inform, help and guide our customers on any changes/improvements required &/or new opportunities.

Work closely with Messaging Partners - Manage relationships with MoEngage Messaging partners to resolve any customer issues and identify avenues of improvement for customers & product.

Keep track of Regulatory Changes - Keep track of regulatory and compliance related changes, understand and generate content with marketing to educate customers, plan and revise processes, as and when required.

Subject Matter Expert for Product - Work with the product team to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and compliances. Designing / productizing the best practices around SMS / MMS configurations.

Experience & Skills Required:

2-5 years of experience in consulting or supporting customers on SMS/MMS messaging across NA, EU and Asia

Understanding of SMS/MMS regulatory frameworks and standards for US/Canada &/or India (like CTIA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR, TRAI).

Understanding of concepts like 10DLC, Short code, Toll-free, number porting, DLT.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Enjoys working with numbers and solving complex problems.

Good to have:

Knowledge of other channels like RCS, Whatsapp, ABM & Emails

Understanding of MarTech products
