Position:- Senior Consultant (SF) - PMGM Job Role and Responsibilities 1. Ability to Conduct Human Resource (SF-PMGM) best practice business process design sessions and development, run workshops and gather requirements. 2. Ability to understand business requirements and manage the conversion of them into SuccessFactors designs and configuration. 3. Provide subject matter expertise at the highest levels. 4. Be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. 5. Manage client relationships within the context of the work stream 6. Proactively find & implement improvement opportunities - improvements implemented this shall be a KPI. 7. Should work in Incidents / Service Requests / Problem Management / Minor Enhancements based on business needs 8. Work collaboratively with teams located in a different locations and deliver the project needs. Skill Set / Experience 1. Solid SuccessFactors HCM background in a consulting environment. 2. SuccessFactors certified in Performance & Goal management module (Valid as on Date). Certification on other SF Talent modules is desired but not mandatory 3. At least 3-4 full end-to end SAP SuccessFactors project lifecycles. 4. Hands-on functional experience of SAP SuccessFactors. 5. Strong problem-solving skills to drive resolution of defects and issues by understanding client needs and presenting options to resolve the problem. 6. Ability to identify, develop and implement solutions to gaps to meet the needs of the business. 7. Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
