Job Description

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and planners to integrate security measures into project designs, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Provide expert guidance on physical security systems, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and perimeter protection. Prepare detailed security plans, specifications, and reports to support project delivery and client presentations. Engage with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to address security concerns and ensure project alignment with industry best practices. Stay updated on emerging security trends, technologies, and threats to provide forward-thinking solutions. Support project teams in managing budgets, timelines, and resources related to security deliverables.



Bachelor's degree in security management or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g, PSP) preferred. 8+ years of experience in security consulting, with a focus on planning and design projects. Proven expertise in integrating security solutions into multidisciplinary projects, such as transportation, commercial, or public infrastructure. Strong knowledge of security standards, risk assessment methodologies, and physical security technologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse project teams and clients. Proficiency in design and planning tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam) and security software is an asset. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with local and international regulations, including building codes and security guidelines.
