He or she is committed to the scrum methodology, agile principles, and best practices--but will also remain flexible and open to opportunities for the team to improve their workflow.



B.Tech/B.E /MCA and MBA (or any equivalent full time management program of at least 12 months)



Overall Expeience (in Years) - 8+ Years


Relevant Role Experience (in Years) - 8+ Years


Project (Count) - 5+ Projects as Scrum Master (Scrum / Scrum of Scrum / SAFe)



Experience Certification - Held/Currently Holding - 1 Scrum Master related or any other from the list (CSM/ PSM/ SAFe Scrum Master/ SAFe Agilist/ PMI ACP)
