About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Senior SCM Consultant

to lead supply chain strategy development and transformation initiatives. This role requires a dynamic leader with deep domain expertise, strong client-facing capabilities, and the ability to drive strategic alignment across business, supply chain, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end

Supply Chain Strategy

development aligned with business and operational goals. Drive

technology transformation programs

with a domain-led consulting approach. Build and mentor a team of domain consultants and business analysts for client engagements and thought leadership initiatives. Co-own

sales and marketing initiatives

, support bid management and proposal development. Conceptualize and co-develop innovative solutions and offerings with the technology team. Deliver excellence in

functional areas

such as Planning & Design, Order Management, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing Operations, Aftermarket, and Customer Service. Develop robust

sourcing strategies

and present recommendations to client executives. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices in

inventory management and demand forecasting

. Anticipate long-term gaps in supply chain competitiveness and develop actionable plans. Optimize organizational design to enhance efficiency while aligning with strategic objectives. Manage contract manufacturers through selection, evaluation, and performance monitoring. Ensure seamless integration of supply chain functions with New Product Development (NPD). Monitor and improve supply chain productivity using KPIs and industry benchmarks. Contribute to

industry forums, publications

, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications

15 to 30 years of experience in

consulting, transformation, or implementation

roles. Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional supply chain transformation projects. Strong expertise in

at least two

of the following industries: Automotive, Aerospace, Discrete Manufacturing, Process Manufacturing, or CPG. Demonstrated leadership in developing supply chain strategies and aligning them with business objectives. Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with mentoring teams to high performance. Prior contributions to

industry publications or speaker roles

at industry forums are a strong plus.
