This position is based in Mohali which is Bunge's Global Business Service Center & should be expert in the functionality and configuration of SAP SRM to perform the customizations/improvements and provide regional support of procurement process using SRM.

Describe the primary responsibilities/ accountabilities of the position:

• Responsible to close out defects on solutions designed including analysis, design and documentation of the functional design specifications, test plans and scenarios and coordination of the resolution until defects are closed
• Assist in the evaluation, definition, design and approval of SAP modifications and enhancements in SRM and related areas
• Support and implementation of new SAP enhancements, upgrades/releases etc.
• Analysis for application of SAP Notes;
• Analysis of business requirements.
• Design and implementation of full solutions (Including testing and UAT Support)
• Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.
• Work effectively with local experts as well as with the business community.
• Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required
• Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required
• Provide guidance on technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed solutions when alternative solutions are available
• Establish good relationships with stakeholders.
• Identifying and raising issues to local Business Owners or management to achieve resolution for SRM development tasks
• Contribute input and coordination to training documentation for SRM development tasks
• Maintain process documentation for SRM processes & tasks
• Able to take an issue, then plan and deliver a solution using own initiative, with little guidance.
• Identifies and escalates issues and risks within Bunge Global IT structure.
• Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
• Able to receive feedback/coaching on performance from other members of the team positively.

EXPERIENCE: (The below are necessary)

SAP Related

• At least 4-8 years in an SRM consultant role in an SAP environment/client.
• SRM Functional Consultant must have done multiple implementations and participated on support projects have deep understanding of below:
• Strategic Sourcing,
• Contract management,
• Self-service procurement,
• Operational Procurement,
• Plan-driven.
• Business Workflow
• Internal and punch-out catalogues
• Strong Knowledge on End to End knowledge of Procurement process using SRM, ECC.
• Good experience P2P process with integration to ECC using the PI.
• Good experience in projects with global SRM implementation with multiple back-end's.
• Knowledge on SRM functionalities: Strategic Sourcing, Contract management, Self-service procurement, Operational Procurement, Plan-driven.
• Knowledge on SRM Approval workflow for Shopping cart, Contract, Purchase Order, confirmation and Invoice.
• Knowledge on Internal and punch-out catalogues (OCI - Open Catalog Interface).
• Knowledge on SRM HR Org structure and Cost centre hierarchy.
• Knowledge / Experience in Incident Ticket Systems (Service Now, Jira, etc).

COMPETENCIES / ABILITIES:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in general and strong facilitation and presentation experience skills specifically
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfortable in defending SAP solutions with peers forming an SAP governance council
• SAP techno-functional experience and willingness to perform technical solution analysis, including ABAP debugging, would be preferred
• Very detail-oriented person with superior problem solving ability
• Prefer someone who has performed in a senior role and in more than one implementation. .Seeking a "go-to" person that has the experience to solve tough problems
• Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms that are understandable to the business
• Ability to understand our business, work across business units, be a team player and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
• Experienced and comfortable working with ambiguity.
