ROLE DESCRIPTION
Carry out or support requirement gathering, customer demos and workshops and documentation.
Carry out system design based on agreed requirement, unit testing, cutover and drive hyper care support.
Support and drive system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues that are raised and escalated by support team in a timely manner
Ensure that issues are informed and escalated to appropriate people, team lead or next support level, in a timely manner
Keep himself up to date with latest features and functionalities released in the different quarterly releases of SAP Ariba.
Assist team members to achieve shared goals
Adhere to all the standards and procedures set by the Quality department
