As a

Sr Consultant

in our

ET&P

Team you'll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and implementation of SAP Group Reporting solutions aligned with business requirements. Support configuration and setup activities related to financial consolidation, group reporting, and intercompany reconciliation. Collaborate with business users and senior consultants to gather and analyze requirements. Prepare functional documentation, including configuration specifications, test cases, and user manuals. Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing cycles. Provide support during go-live and hypercare phases to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations. Help identify and propose improvements in current processes and SAP Group Reporting functionality. Work closely with other SAP Finance module consultants and technical teams to ensure seamless integration. Stay updated on latest SAP Group Reporting features and enhancements.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in SAP Group Reporting with at least 1-2 full lifecycle end-to-end implementations. Good knowledge of financial consolidation, group reporting, and close processes within SAP S/4HANA Finance. Exposure to SAP Group Reporting module configuration and master data management. Understanding of integration points between Group Reporting and core Finance modules (FI/CO). Ability to analyze business processes and support solution design and testing activities. Basic knowledge of financial accounting principles, IFRS/GAAP, and statutory reporting. Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn and adapt. Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology or similar implementation frameworks is an advantage.

Desired qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. SAP certification in Group Reporting or Finance modules is a plus but not mandatory.

Location and way of working

Base location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Noida This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work. Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
