Key Responsibilities



Partner with the Programming Strategy & Insights team to optimize promo planning and FPC (Fixed Point Chart) strategies for key channel launches, including Bigg Boss Marathiand upcoming fiction shows. Lead quantitative research initiatives and data modeling to deliver actionable insights on audience behavior, content consumption, and market trends. Collaborate with Marketing, Programming, and Creative teams to translate insights into strategic recommendations that enhance viewership and show performance. Design and execute consumer research studies (primary & secondary) to evaluate show health, communication effectiveness, and channel perception. Develop dashboards, performance trackers, and post-launch analyses to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. Provide thought leadership on evolving media trends and recommend strategies to strengthen the channel's market position.

Skills & Attributes for Success



Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets into clear insights and narratives. Expertise in TV audience measurement tools (e.g., BARC) and familiarity with digital and cross-platform analytics. Proficiency in data visualization, research design, and statistical interpretation. Strategic mindset with an understanding of content, marketing, and audience dynamics in the Marathi entertainment ecosystem. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence through data-driven storytelling. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Education & Experience



Postgraduate degree in Media Management, Marketing, Statistics, or related field. 7-10 years of experience in Media Research, Strategy, or Consumer Insights, preferably within a broadcast or entertainment network. Hands-on experience in handling large-scale research projects and translating insights into programming or marketing strategies.
