ey Responsibilities:
D

evelop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Monitor progress and adjust as necessary to ensure that the project is on track. D
evelop and manage project budgets, including tracking project expenses, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions. Monitor project cash flows and ensure timely approval of project expenditures. P
repare financial reports for stakeholders, including cost forecasts, earned value management, and cost variance analysis. I
dentify project risks and work with the team to develop mitigation strategies. Maintain a risk register and ensure risks are managed proactively throughout the project lifecycle. D
evelop key performance indicators (KPIs) for project progress and performance. Provide regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. P
repare and deliver monthly or weekly project reports, including progress, budget, and schedule status. A
ssist in resource planning to ensure appropriate staffing and materials are available for the project. Support project managers in tracking resource utilization and addressing resource constraints. R
eview and manage scope changes, including assessment of schedule and cost impacts. Work with the project team to evaluate and implement approved changes. E
nsure that all project control activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and contractual requirements. R
equired Skills and Qualifications:

ducation: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A master's degree and qualification/certifications such as ChPP, CMgr., PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE (Certified Cost Engineer) is highly desirable. M
inimum of 8-10 years of experience in project controls, with at least 4 years in a senior role. P
roven experience in project planning and scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting. H
ands-on experience with project management and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project, Power Bi, Excel, etc.). E
xperience in managing large-scale engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects. W
