Senior Consultant / Manager - Financial Services Consulting (Digitization & Tech Transformation) - 3+ Years - Mumbai

This role is ideal for individuals experienced in digital transformation, lending strategy, process optimization, technology due diligence, and go-to-market planning for BFSI clients. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact consulting engagements across banks, NBFCs, AMCs, insurance companies, DFIs, and government entities-driving growth through structured analysis, strategic frameworks, and technology-led solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior teams to deliver consulting projects across banks, NBFCs, AMCs, insurance firms, DFIs, and government clients.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including:

• Lending and digital transformation
• Go-to-market strategy for new financial products
• Technology & operations due diligence
• Process flow design and optimization
• Technology cost optimization
• Support business development efforts by preparing RFPs, proposals, pitch decks, and other client deliverables.
• Develop and present analytical frameworks, strategic reports, and executive-level presentations.
• Conduct market assessments, benchmarking studies, and solution analysis.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Demonstrate ownership, stakeholder management, problem-solving capabilities, and structured execution.

Requirements

• MBA (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
• 3-9 years of experience in consulting, strategy consulting, or technology consulting, preferably within BFSI.
• In-depth understanding of financial services, digital lending, technology ecosystems, and operational excellence.
• Strong skills in designing process flows, customer journeys, GTM strategies, and transformation plans.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Experience preparing high-quality frameworks, proposals, and consulting documentation.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and handle complex assignments independently.
• Strong project management, problem-solving, and business acumen.
