Digital Solutions Design Consultant Senior Consultant 5A Within Infosys BPM DTS unit the Digital Solutions Consultant will be responsible for handling optimal and appropriate digital solutions submission basis client s needs and requirements A Consultant will ensure that the design of solutions provides the best value to Infosys BPM and customers in terms of balancing benefits and costs and ensuring that the business need identified is optimally addressed with a view towards increased efficiency effectiveness and or differentiation for Infosys BPM Digital solutions and services A Consultant specializes in problem solving via digital solutions by understanding a business problem Job responsibilities may include analyzing current issues and recommending solutions creating POVs developing best practices and ensuring it aligns with overall business needs A Consultant will work for a variety of domain including horizontal and vertical solutions across various industries

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities Leads and manages RFX responses for digital solutions Sales Presales support for Digital solutions Creates a solution flow transformation plan and a solution response basis client s need Solution artifacts creation in MS PowerPoint Word and Excel Seek approval of solution design for submission and implementation Reviews and assures requirements and refinements to solution requirements received from multiple teams with a view towards maximizing the benefits of solutions for enhancing efficiency and facilitating organizational management monitoring oversight and reporting Works closely with the sales team to understand business needs and requirements and enables good understanding amongst the DTS Solutions Design Team Embeds relevant knowledge management and innovation within the DTS Solutions Design function as well as across the organization

Technical Requirements:

Requirements Skills Good knowledge of BPO Processes with Strong Capabilities in Finance and Accounting processes Overall experience of minimum 7 8 years BE B Tech MCA not mandatory but preferable MBA preferred from a top tier college with minimum defined grades Demonstrated experience in driving Digital Transformation Operational Excellence programs Experience in working with different functional groups Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must Hands on experience in MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint a must Stakeholder management and team collaboration Domain knowledge of how Finance AP AR R2R processes work Knowledge of Digital Transformation levers tools technology Generative AI Agentic AI RPA AI ML Analytics Process Mining Discovery Sound understanding of Software Development Life Cycle Good client facing and communication skills ability to participate and contribute to the discussion with leadership etc
